If you manage email lists then this is how WordPress transfers users.
This is the most common way to make WordPress import users. You do not have to enable WordPress copy users your site.
If you have arranged your CSV file then you can make WordPress migrate users to your site and start managing your subscribers with campaigns.
Need to move to a new site with your users? No Problem. WordPress export users are possible-just click on an email list and under settings, you will be able to download the CSV file to allow WordPress user migration
