Customer service does not have to be hard! Keep it simple. Respond in 24 hours and answer the question as best you can. Ignoring them will just be a quick trip to a bad rating somewhere and will eventually kill your store. It has happened with many otherwise successful Shopify stores, you want long-term, not a cash grab.
